What are your office hours? 

Please feel free to call us during office hours or email us anytime, we are happy to help. Our office hours are between 9am and 6pm. 

 

I cannot find the product I am looking for?

We have a growing list of products but are always on the lookout for new products. If you do have something you'd like, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to get it for you. There will be a waiting time due to international sourcing and shipping. Typically this can take up to 2 weeks.  

 

What is the minimum order amount and delivery charges?

There is no minimum order amount. Any orders of HKD600 or more automatically recieve free delivery. Any orders below HKD600 will be charged a delivery fee of HKD50.


How do I receive my goods?

We use a fantastic delivery company called Ta-Q-Bin. Their distribution is huge, quick, and they have refrigerated vans to keep your products in tip top condition. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered 1-2 days.

 

What happens if I am not happy with my product?

We aim to deliver great products perfectly every time. If your package is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please let us know immediately and we'll gladly re-send any damaged goods, free of charge. We value our customers and take delivering standards very seriously.  

 

How do I store my biltong?

Biltong is a perishable meat product and should be stored in a cool dry place. Note that a higher moisture content product (i.e. wetter biltong) is more susceptible to mould growth. and one should ensure that the product has adequate air flow as this limits the growing of mould. Keep the biltong away from moist, warm places and try to keep it in a cool, dry place such as in a refrigerator. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days.

 

I cannot remember my username or password?

We would have sent you a registration email to confirm your account with us. Check that for both your username and password. If you still cannot retrieve your details, please email us and we'll reset your password upon confirmation of your person. If all else fails, you can always sign up for a new account or login as a guest.

 

Are my information and credit card details safe?

We have a very secure website with fantastic IT management. We do not store your credit card details at all, nor do we share any details under any circumstance. We use PayPal as our online merchant and they are global leaders in online payments. You can rest assured you are safe using our website..
